Here is Audrey Hepburn in her role as Princess Ann visiting Rome, Italy on a State Visit after her haircut (!) in the movie Roman Holiday, the 1953 American romantic comedy film directed and produced by William Wyler. It stars Gregory Peck as a reporter and Audrey Hepburn as the royal princess out to see Rome incognito and on her own. Hepburn won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance; the screenplay and costume design also won.
Audrey Hepburn was Richard’s first love and he was over the moon when Ms. Hepburn came to the 1789 for dinner one evening with her then husband Andrew Dotti and broke his own rule to never introduce himself to a celebrity.
